At launch, each of the games features 37 Pokemon that can’t be found in the other. The vast majority of these show up in the Grand Underground, a brand new area that was created exclusively for the remakes. Some of them also appear on regular routes though, while the version exclusive Legendary Pokemon are found either at the Spear Pillar as part of the main story or in the Ramanas Park end-game area.
